Tickets for the Vegas Raiders are not yet available. However, the Raiders marketing team engaged a company called Barrett Research at the back end of 2016 to guage interest in season tickets. Prevelent amongst the questions asked were mentions of PSLs – Personal Seat Licenses.
A PSL for the Vegas Raiders would give the owner the right to buy a season ticket for a given period (quite likely as long as the team remains in Vegas). It is a little like a debenture. So you would pay a fee for the PSL itself and then have to pay another fee for the actual season ticket to that seat.
The Raiders management would like PSLs becasue they would bring in funds that could be used to meet some of the costs of relocation or building the new stadium.
